We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Capability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
