Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve collaborating with colleagues and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and support the shopping journey
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Experience in retail is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment following safety guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
