Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains its high standards by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing top-notch customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain the store's cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
