Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to creating a welcoming shopping environment, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is organized and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and report any issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
