Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI and contribute to maintaining an organized, attractive store environment while providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Team Member, you will collaborate with colleagues to keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $17.50.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to handle inventory and provide feedback to management.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer focus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and handle physical demands of the role.
