Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold our high standards and provide top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow all company policies and help maintain store security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is advantageous

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a retail setting is a plus
