Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This full-time position offers an hourly starting wage of $17.00.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, handle cash transactions, and adhere to company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate a cash register, equipment, and follow cleaning procedures.
• Understand and apply company policies, with good communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
