Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked and clean store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
