Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and execute cashier duties.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and operational duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
