Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our store operates smoothly and efficiently. From providing exceptional customer service to merchandising products, your contribution will be essential to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
