Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's operations, enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, and upholding our exceptional customer service standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and ensure data security
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate equipment and maintain store cleanliness
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
