Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining product presentation, assisting customers, and upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute duties according to ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Perform cashiering, merchandising, and customer service tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and uphold store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Capable of operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
