Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with our team to provide exceptional service. This position offers full-time hours (32-40 hours per week) with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the team to stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and enhancing their overall shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Adhere to company policies, perform general cleaning duties, and contribute to inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
