Job Description

As a Store Team Member at ALDI, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. From merchandising and stocking products to operating the cash register, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure their needs are met.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, provide feedback on products, and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in cashier operations and general store tasks.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
