Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and monitor inventory levels.
• Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and ensure security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of following instructions, multitasking, and working in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
