Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
