Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and that customers receive exceptional service during their shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
