Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure exceptional customer service and contribute to an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure merchandise displays are neat

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
