Store Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Report product issues, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
