Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
