Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in maintaining store operations and providing excellent customer service. As part of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently and maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment following guidelines.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
