Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and management to uphold company standards and policies.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, stock shelves, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
