Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork. As a Store Team Member, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
