Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store maintains a high standard of presentation, customer service, and operational efficiency. This includes merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
