As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in all interactions
- Assist customers with purchases and provide outstanding service
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
- Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
