Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat display of merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of general cleaning duties and following company guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent, with retail experience preferred
