Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily activities.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Contribute to inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and retail equipment.
• Capable of physical tasks including stocking, lifting, and cleaning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
