Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This full-time position offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of safely operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
