Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance while providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour. Training will be provided until the new store opens.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and follow the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain clean displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Give feedback on products, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
