Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's operations. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Position Type

• Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, conduct inventory counts

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow company policies
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
