Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member, responsible for showcasing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers. As a Full-Time position averaging 32-40 hours per week, this role offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
• Process purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
• High School Diploma preferred with previous retail experience.
