Job Description

We are currently looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Interact with customers to assist them with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
