Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and management, uphold company policies, and contribute to inventory management.

• Process customer purchases and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
