Store Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, process customer purchases, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
