Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
