Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will play a crucial role in maintaining an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain displays neatly.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
