Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
