Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Position Type

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist customers, work with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
