Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team. This full-time position offers approximately 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of handling general cleaning tasks and following company procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience equivalent.
