Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash-handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
