Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store is well-maintained.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
