We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized store, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise shelves neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
