We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store is tidy and organized.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
