We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain company standards.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
