Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, customers receive exceptional service, and products are stocked efficiently. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy following guidelines.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an asset.
