Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and report to management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses
• Follow company procedures, maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to use store equipment responsibly
• Experience in retail is a plus
