Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-stocked and organized store, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks including cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
