Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to deliver exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies
• Process customer transactions, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Assist store management with feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is a plus

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is advantageous
