Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
