Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Offer feedback on products, handle inventory tasks, and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
